Advancing Technology, Transforming Lives
Section Menu

Associated with the construction of Immaculata University’s Parsons Science Pavilion, the $600,000 Advancing Technology, Transforming Lives mini campaign is underway to furnish state-of-the-art Simulation, Biology and Chemistry lab equipment.

Since fall 2018, Immaculata has experienced an 11.88% growth in undergraduate students studying STEM and Health curriculums. To meet the growing enrollment of these programs, a new SIM lab is scheduled to open in fall 2021, followed by the Parsons Science Pavilion in early summer 2022.

The positive energy received through giving is contagious. We invite you to review the opportunities below and consider how you can make a difference through your support.

I give to Immaculata in gratitude – gratitude for all I learned and received, for all whom I met and was educated by, and for all the expansion of my mind and my heart. My Immaculata education was the foundation of my future, personally, professionally and spiritually. An Immaculata education is an investment in the future – an aspiring student’s future, a family’s future, ultimately our world’s future. There is no measuring the reach of an education on ‘the Hill’.

During my studies, Immaculata showed interest in my academic success and personal growth, providing me with opportunities and challenges that constantly expanded my knowledge and skills. The guidance of my professors prepared me intellectually for my career, and the office of career development had me interview-ready. That combination had me set up for success and helped me land the job of my choice, an OR nursing residency with Christiana Care. I am forever grateful for the relationships I formed with peers, professors, and the staff of Immaculata and for their continued support, guidance, and willingness to lend a hand.

My Immaculata experience has definitely prepared me for veterinary school, providing important knowledge and hands-on experience. I am also able to do research on things I’m passionate about, and the new Parsons Science Pavilion will greatly enhance that experience for future IU students. I am thankful to the donors who make this possible.

The R.N. to B.S.N. program at Immaculata University became the pivotal platform for me to not only continue my professional education but to reach my terminal degree, the Doctor of Nursing Practice. The program provided three important elements of success: compassion, convenience, and the ability to connect with a network of nurses from different specialties.

As a Biology major, I want to go on to medical school and become a neurologist. The Parsons Science Pavilion will provide the facilities and equipment needed to prepare me to get to my end goal of helping more people.

I take my education very seriously and my scholarship has meant a great deal to me and my academic career. I am also very excited for the new Parsons Science Pavilion, and am happy that science students after me will be able to have a building to call home. This will enable students to have an even better hands-on experience than ever before. I love being able to see the new ways that we as a campus can improve each day. I am confident that the Parsons Science Pavilion will be a new space where students will have the greatest opportunities to advance their knowledge and further their studies.

Naming Opportunities

Just as each class provides a stepping stone of knowledge for an Immaculata student’s journey to becoming a working professional, your support of the Advancing Technology, Transforming Lives Campaign helps secure that future.

For more information, contact: Susan Arnold, Vice President for Institutional Advancement, at 484-323-3198 or sarnold@relishaproduct.com.

Beginning at the $2,500 level, your donation may be eligible for a naming opportunity, covering the cost for a portion or all of the equipment needs in a Nursing Simulation or Critical Science Lab.

All individuals, corporations, and foundations making investments at the Donor Society level will be listed on the corresponding Parsons Science Pavilion or Nursing Simulation Lab recognition wall. They will also receive special recognition in the Immaculata University annual Honor Roll of Donors and the Parsons Science Pavilion / Nursing Simulation Lab dedication programs.
